The Tågmästaren conference room can accommodate up to 40 people in school seating at tables or 70 people in cinema seating without tables. The reception desk, gift shop, restaurant, toilets and a cloakroom are located outside the conference room. When booking, access to the “Göteborgaren” express train from 1948 is also available. The “Göteborgaren” has 29 first class seats that can be used for group work, coffee breaks or as a lounge.

Bookings include notepads, pens, water, sweets and admission to the museum’s exhibitions. The room has WiFi, a hearing loop, projector with screen and audio, and a whiteboard. Free parking is available outside of the museum.

Food and drink

It is possible to book light refreshments and lunch for your visit. Light refreshments for 29 people can be served in the “Göteborgaren” express train. Otherwise, food and drinks are served in the museum restaurant, which is operated by Gävle Ångkök.

If railbus travel from Gävle Central Station and back is required, this can also be arranged.
